FAQs in Partyshots Photobooth Franchise

1.How much is the total investment?

Total franchise package to start the business is P330,000.00. (VAT exclusive, franchise fee included)

2. How long is the training?

Head office orientation and training may take one (1) whole day plus two (2) days on-site training on weekends lasting 3-4 hours each.

3. What are the requirements to apply for a Franchise?

a. Great interest and enthusiasm about the business.

b. Adequate number of events in the area of interest

c. Financial capability to engage with the Franchise and run the business

d. Personal interview at our office in QC (MAP).

e. Letter of intent

4. How will I know if my area has the potential market for a photobooth?

The business is viable If there are event places in your area (ie hotels, resorts, restaurants, fast food chains, wedding venues, schools, etc).

5. I don’t have a background in IT and photography, can i still qualify as a franchisee?

We can train anybody how to operate and manage the photobooth business for as long as he/she is willing to learn.

6. I have no background in graphics designing, do I need to employ a graphics artist?

No need. Our business system will save you a lot of operational expense by out-sourcing your designing to our main office. That is less work on your part, and more time for marketing.

7. Do I pay for a royalty fee?

There are no royalty fees. Since we provide you with FREE graphics designing every time you have a booking, you just need to pay us a service fee of P680.00 or 8% of the package amount whichever is higher.

8. When do I expect my ROI?

If you get an average booking of 8 events per month or two per week, you will have your ROI in 12 months.

9. What are my monthly overhead expenses?

The photobooth is a unique business where your only monthly overhead is your existing cellular phone and probably an internet connection. Most overhead expenses come in on a per event basis. Meaning, you only have expenses when you have a booking. These are for the staff (1-2), transportation, consumables, tarp printing, and service fee. You get to compute your net income immediately after the event. You even get advance payments for early bookings! With traditional businesses, you spend for rentals, utilities, and employees with or without sales.
